67. The Plant Power Client Experience: Tips on Navigating the Summer Struggle

  • Summary

  • Today we are sharing a really special episode with you all! We are sharing one of our Plant Power client office hours with you! This question that a client had was really good and relevant, so we thought we would share it here for everyone! Plant Power is our 13 week lifestyle program that teaches goals, habits, meal planning like a pro, how to read labels, learn about ingredients, and what to cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. We created this course in a way that makes sense for busy families and to fit into their daily lives. Our clients get 2- 1:1 coaching calls from us, bi-weekly office hours to receive help and feedback on their personal journey and what they are working on, as well as a membership to a community group to ask questions and share with others on the same journey. In today's office hours, we are discussing how to stay on track in the summer. We discuss eating out at restaurants, BBQ's and picnics, vacationing and just how to stay motivated to eat healthy and continue to achieve your goals, while not missing out on the fun of summer! Hope this episode speaks to you in your current season. We would love to work with you! Head to lovethegreenlife.org/plantpower to learn all about the program and to fill out your interest form. This doesn't hold you to anything! We will reach out and answer any questions you have! We look forward to hearing from you and working with you to break habits and achieve your wellness goals!  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/lovethegreenlifeorg/support
