This week, Kylie and Rory begin Tammy Wynne’s (Marquardt) story. Tammy hadn’t had the easiest life leading up to her and her 2-year-old Kenneth being home on October 9, 1993. After Kenneth’s tragic and sudden death, things don’t get easier. In part 1, we’ll go over the lead up to Kenneth’s death and the beginnings of the police investigation.
