#52: Why Surgery is NOT the Final Solution for your Problems & Pain

  • Summary

  • No matter if you are facing a pelvic floor repair, an orthopedic surgery, or some type of elective cosmetic surgery, the surgery itself is not going to solve all your problems. Sorry to break it to you! Of course it seems like it will, but surgery simply fixes the glaring pain point and doesn't uncover the cause behind the need for that surgery in the first place. In this episode, we try to educate and empower any mom who has had a surgical procedure or is facing one in the future to ask the right questions, seek out the proper support, and do all the things to make sure recovery is as smooth as possible and future issues can be avoided.

We will have 3 different types of episodes and one will drop each week on Mondays!

    1. Movement and education
    2. Mom life struggles and experiences
    3. Business ownership
