'i hate every monkey movie i see/from chimpan-A to chimpan-Z'
They're our closest genetic relatives but YIKES are they creepy: this week we checked out two films about evil murderous primate, both awesome 80's horror flicks that reckon with the not-so-slight difference between man and MONQUE. George Romero's "Monkey Shines" focuses on a protective capuchin helper monkey, whose quadriplegic owner finds himself living out the creature's animalistic rage. And "Link" traps Elisabeth Shue in an olde English manor with some nice monkeys and one very naughty, cigar-smoking, INCREDIBLY talented orangutan.
Quit monkeying around and hit PLAY already, to hear some incredible tales of in-cinema projection shenanigans and the gang enthusing over Anthony's shiny new studio :o
