  • Summary

  • Crazy that it has been 5 years since this journey started. I really have learned so much. Lots of positives, lots of negatives, lots of upsides, lots of downsides, met so many amazing people along the way, and more!! I wouldn't change it for the world. I am so happy to be where I am right now with my health and food and don't necessarily want or need to change. Despite this, there are some hardships that have really been annoying me and take a toll on me. I speak about them in this episode. I don't want to make it seem like that is all this episode is about because it is not!! I speak on a lot so make sure to listen to the whole episode :)

Yes, this is the last episode of The Hungry People Podcast... for now! See you in some other videos, though! Until next time❤️
