5 Top Tips for Improving your Child’s Sleep Today

  • Summary

  • Are you struggling with your little one’s sleep? Does this impact your day-to-day life, your relationships and your business? If so, I’m here to help. Sleep challenges in our children can often mean we parents struggle with our own sleep too. The anxiety around bedtime battles, night wakings and whether our little one will nap can often mean we are showing up each day with very little in the tank. Trying to be the best versions of ourselves is SO hard when we are sleep deprived. And knowing where to start can often feel so overwhelming. So I’ve broken it down, and I’m sharing my 5 top tips to help you get started.

Charlotte Hillyard is an Infant Sleep Consultant and founder of ‘The Gift of Sleep’, and she is passionate about helping families to improve their little ones’ sleep. Based in Essex, Charlotte helps families via her 1-2-1 support package services, Sleep Clinic sessions and with the Mind charity, supporting mums on their local programme ‘Mums Matter’. Charlotte also offers ‘The Gift Of Sleep’ unique gifting boxes and vouchers, enabling you to gift a little bit of sleepy dust to a friend.
