  • This episode, another great comedian joins the pod to talk about his experience being in bands as a youngster. Josh Weller is a unique comedian in that he makes consistently hilarious and viral videos that nearly all hinge around very specific musical observations. Not only that but he's a great stand up and his show "Age Against the Machine", a mix of storytelling ,stand up and musical sketches that chronicles his experience getting signed to a record label in his 20s, was one of the highlights of my visit to Edinburgh Fringe in 2023. Josh and I reflect on DJs, the talent gap, punk music, angering fan bases, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, mocking with love and many more aspects of music and comedy. This is a great chat and not one to be missed if you enjoy discovering the parallels between these two disciplines.
