Structure can help us establish positive habits and routines, which can improve our performance over time. We're also going to discuss why, in the journey of transformation, things often get worse before they get better and how tears drain trauma from our neurophysiology. Crying is often accompanied by a release of hormones, including cortisol, which is often associated with stress. The release of cortisol can help to reduce stress levels, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation.
