#34 - Brendan Sutton - I Am Living My Life for Both of Us Now

  • Summary

  • Brendan Sutton is an adventurer, filmmaker and videographer, who has managed to turn multiple life traumas into inspiring messages of growth and hope for others. Brendan has an incredible ability to connect with his audience, through his authenticity and vulnerability.

While Brendan’s creative journey goes from strength to strength, his personal journey has been riddled with tragedy. A brain injury sustained in a 2020 surfing incident, would see a four-year long rehabilitation journey filled with appointments, expenses, pain, confusion and isolation. Just as the horrific symptoms finally started to improve, Brendan tragically lost his sister, restarting and intensifying the process of grief.

Throughout today’s episode, we are reminded to live fully, as Brendan explores:

    • Where his passion for creativity and videography began
    • The surfing accident in Bali that led to a four year battle with concussion
    • Losing his sibling and his thought process while moving with grief
    • Exploring abandoned places and much more...
