  • Being human is what makes cases like these so hard. It’s easy to play detective and make up the details of someone’s real life in your head or to others while hiding behind a keyboard, but it’s not as easy to do that after you’ve actually connected with them and let them share their story, because as humans, it’s in our nature to relate and sympathize.
