  • Kaum zu glauben: "Matrix" kam vor fast einem Vierteljahrhundert in die Kinos! Dennoch kann dieser Meilenstein der Filmgeschichte auch heute noch überzeugen. Doch nicht nur Action-Fans und Absolvent*innen des Grundseminars "Philosophische Gleichnisse der Antike" kommen voll auf ihre Kosten - auch Anhänger*innen von Verschwörungstheorien gibt der Film offenbar viel. Warum ist das so, und kann man den Film heute trotzdem gut finden? Außerdem sprechen wir darüber, warum Matrix in der Rückbetrachtung nicht nur filmtechnisch, sondern auch gesellschaftlich bahnbrechend war und eine Transgender-Geschichte erzählt. Hauptdarsteller Keanu Reeves ist auch ziemlich gut gealtert und mutierte zum Internet-Boyfriend.
