    I Captain My Ship is a life changing podcast for anyone who wants to learn how to be happy again after a divorce while having your teen(s) living at home.

    My name is Petra Westra, I live in Hilversum, the Netherlands and I was divorced in 2017-2018. When we divorced, the children were 12, 16, 18 and 20 years old. They all lived at home then.

    I had to learn how to deal with all the emotions that come with a divorce such as fear, anger, depression, sadness, etc.

    Personal development, mindset, business and raising children/teens during and after divorce are the main topics of this podcast.
