  • ご出演　　鳥取大学医学部附属病院手術部副部長　舩木一美　准教授 1973年　島根県雲南市出身。 鳥取大学医学部を卒業後 とりだい病院で研修し地元島根県などの病院を経て 2004年　とりだい病院　麻酔科に配属。 2019年　准教授となり、現在手術部副部長として忙しい毎日を送る。 手術部は手術のスケジュール管理も含め、手術室をご利用いただくすべての患者さんに、 安心かつ安全な医療を提供できるよう手術室統括の役割を担う。 手術待ちの患者さんが増えるなか、人手不足の課題あり。 チームで補っていくことがより良い医療には必要だ。 周術期の患者負担を軽減できるよう注力している。 舩木准教授が考える手術部の未来像とは？
