  • Mindfulness meditation has been shown in research to reduce anxiety, depressed mood, and even blood pressure. Additionally, the act of acceptance for one to move forward in life is a concept believed in psychology to be of benefit to ones overall well-being. This podcast involves 10-12 minute guided meditations with focus on acceptance of various topics pertaining to being a human being. Set an alarm each day and listen to 1 meditation daily for 21 days to assist with creating a routine for yourself and exploring these topics with more acceptance of your emotions related to them. Continue to engage in meditation daily and re-listen to this podcast or my other 21 day Positive Mindfulness Meditation Challenge podcast whenever you need to.
