#21 | An Informal Introduction to Metaphysics and Epistemology with Professor Coach Peter

  • Summary

  • Arthur makes Peter's day when he starts asking him questions about philosophy. Today Peter gives Arthur a very broad overview of two branches of philosophy: metaphysics (the study of the viability of things that exist and how they exist) and epistemology (the study of the foundation of knowledge. aka in what ways we can know a thing to be true). We also explore some of the major drama going on in Olympic Boxing with Imane Khelif and social media's impressive ability to get its stories wrong. Let us know if this episode bored you to death, or if you would like to learn more philosophy. We can round out the study of philosophy and learn logic and ethics soon, or we can spare you of that boredom if everyone does, in fact, find it boring :( Mic issues once again seemed to be fixed. So keep us aware of any technological problems you may be detecting. We are always looking to grow and asking for the required feedback. Much love everyone!
