20. Phoebe Blamey tells us what actually happens when your mind is Reprogrammed

  • Summary

  • On the surface, Phoebe Blamey looked like she had it all. A successful financial services business. An investment property. A great group of highly successful friends. But on the inside was a different story. She lacked confidence in herself, felt intimidated in rooms where she wasn't the most successful person there, and wondered whether she would ever truly find inner peace.

Phoebe decided that she wanted to try EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to remove those subconscious blocks. This is her story on what it was like to have her mind reprogrammed. And let me tell you, this is an episode you will not want to miss.
