2: LTATM Ep 2 - Working as a Full-Time Musicians

  • Summary

  • The Heart of Networking
Let's Talk About The Music has always been known for its emphasis on networking since it was created back in 2015. LTATM aimed from the beginning to facilitate connections between music industry individuals, whether it’s collaborations over musical styles, hosting a controversial conversation, or highlighting a touring opportunity.

That same passion lives on in the NEW Let’s Talk About The Music, where musicians from different backgrounds and states (or perhaps even other countries) come together to converse about the world of music.

    Episode 2 - Working as a Full-time Musician

In Episode 2, we are connecting with Meghanne Storey, a passionate and talented musician from the Pacific Northwest. Her style of music is a soulful blend with blues and perfectly suits many different environments in the music scene. She is working full-time as a musician while studying for her master’s degree.

Then we introduce two young ladies who are no strangers to making a living as full-time musicians: Melody and Evita from Way Past Midnight out of New Jersey. Melody's whole family either loves music or are musicians themselves — shown by "Melody” being her real name. Evita grew up in the music business and is known for her outstanding roles in many productions.

    On the Episode:

These three ladies come from two different worlds but gather together on one fabulous podcast. They will share with you how they have managed the demanding effort required to work full-time as musicians. Have a listen, learn something, and see if you can apply their experiences to your own situation.
