Now I've been a fan of durand for a number of years, and I'm familiar with his music, but now I want to have a conversation about his life so I can figure out if he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, enduring with a concept until it takes the proper form. So we talk about everything from growing up in Hillaryville, to revisiting it 9 years ago, and the series of events that has shaped him, has shaped this debut album, and what shapes his future.
