  • I am acutely aware of how discussing certain topics like NUDITY can bring up feelings of shame and guilt, can have you react and want to push away from this uncomfortable topic, something that is still very taboo in our society. By taking a moment, setting an intention to simply listen, you are giving yourself the opportunity to just be. No need to take on the beliefs of others as THE truth, but hopefully to be able respect them as THEIR truth.—————————-The Power Of Nudity and specifically the Female Form is a topic I am intimately connected with. As a former art nude model,connecting to my nude body in front of a lens and sometimes in front of several photographers at once revealed something inside of me, helped me to reclaim and simultaneously shatter the illusion of my sensuality.. there is so much to unpack here and Kris of (https://www.instagram.com/8bl00m00n/) and I go in. As immigrants from Haiti(me)& Lebanon(Kris), we bonded over the bold steps we took years ago in Toronto(where we met)to shed our clothing and the weight of our cultural upbringing.
