    「オッタントットの参考書」は、福岡県の糟屋郡篠栗町（かすやぐんささぐりまち）でオッタントットというビストロを経営する店主のコージが、お客さんに伝えたいけど普段なかなか伝えられていない思いや、個人飲食店のリアルをお届けしています。直接取り引きしている農家さんの紹介、色んな食材の自宅でできる調理法、経営の困難や工夫などリアルな情報を発信しています。

    更新は不定期ですが週に1回、できれば2回くらい更新したいと思います。
