Do you seek to experience the fullness of joy every day? Join us as we journey through scripture and meditation to discover how to embrace and share divine joy. This week, we’ll begin by lifting our hearts in thanksgiving and praise, guided by Psalms 100:4. Through deep breaths and gentle muscle relaxation, we’ll invite the calming presence of God into our lives. Envision yourself in a tranquil meadow, basking in the warmth of the Creator’s light, as we reflect on Psalms 16:11 and its promise of eternal joy.

Together, we’ll ponder how to carry this profound joy into our daily lives and extend it to those around us. With reflective questions and affirmations, we’ll internalize the message of God's everlasting love and joy. Repeat the powerful affirmation, “Lord, I receive your fullness of joy and thank you for the strength to tell others about the complete joy of being in your presence,” and let it guide you through the week. Conclude this time knowing that you are cherished beyond measure and that God’s joy and guidance are ever-present. Amen.
