We start by sharing our own experiences and beliefs around anger and how that has tied into the ways we express it - both in the past and present. Then we chat about the differences between healthy and unhealthy anger expression (or the lack thereof). This leads us to the role anger plays in chronic illness and how giving a voice to our anger is often a surprising part of the healing process.
