April 8th 1980. Charles and Catherine Romer, an elderly couple, vanished without a trace while traveling from their winter home in Florida to their summer home in New York. They were last seen in Brunswick, Georgia, but despite extensive searches, no evidence of their whereabouts has ever been uncovered.
