#126- “I do not know what I am doing with my life!” (college majors, career stress, burnout, new routines)

  • Summary

  • this week, we are getting real about the ups and downs of transitioning into a new school year. whether you’re in high school, college, or even out in the “real world,” adjusting to life after summer can be tough. I’ve felt overwhelmed by the extra responsibilities and harder classes, and I know so many of you are feeling the same.

we chat about the stress of picking (or switching) a major and how it ties into figuring out a career path. spoiler alert: it’s OK to change directions, even after you’ve graduated. we will also touch on preventing burnout, frustrations around internship/job applications, feeling lonely, and disappointment of the “school experience.”

this was a vulnerable episode, but if it makes you girlies feel less alone, I am all for it!
