117: Science's Contributions to Mysticism

  • Summary

  • Hello my Friends! Welcome Back to "The Ginger Bread Man!"

This week I want to dig into Science a little bit. I spent alot of time being Staunchly anti-science, regrettably, that I have only recently returned to reading more scientific material. I have been reading a book called "The Tao of Physics" by Fritjof Capra, whom I unfortunately called 'Frank' in the episode because I am dumb. This and Sartre's Existential theories have made me very curious about the interconnections of East and West, Scientific Empericism and Mystic Subjectivism. And the interconnectedness of everything little thing in this whole thing. Man, am I excited.

The last half of the Episode, approximately 15 minutes in, I begin the last Chapter of Aldous Huxley's "Island", without any spoilers. This man has seriously impressed me, and I hope you enjoy my performance of this work that had an immense impact on me.

You can email me any time at thegingerbreadmansdialogues@gmail.com. I will be forevor grateful for your attention and ears. I hope you have a great week!
