Together they discuss Emma’s adoption story, where she describes the impact of being abandoned at birth and subsequently adopted by a woman who was unable to love. She talks about her turbulent twenties which led to the founding of Body & Soul, and the powerful journey of healing her Mother wound. She also shares her daily spiritual practice of meditation, calling in the Angels and setting her intention to be of service to the Divine.
