#103 Why I have been AWOL.

  • Summary

  • Send me a text message, if you have enjoyed this weeks episode, I would love to hear from you!

    Hey Hey,

It’s been a while since my last episode. In fact, I haven’t published an episode of Just For Today since early November '24 when life became overwhelming, and I had to step back indefinitely.

In this raw and vulnerable update, I share what’s been happening behind the scenes – the heartbreak, the emotional roller-coaster, and the days when simply keeping my head above water has been a struggle.

I recorded this a couple of weeks ago and waited for my intuition to tell me when to hit publish. Today felt like that day. My hope is that by opening up about my journey, it might help or validate someone who’s also struggling, reminding them that they are not alone or losing their mind.

At this point, I’d normally say ‘Enjoy,’ but today, I’ll simply say... Speak soon.

    ❤️ Steph xx
