  • およそ10万5000人が亡くなった未曽有の災害「関東大震災」から去年100年を迎えた。この大地震を12歳の時に体験し、今年その生涯を終えるまで、様々な困難を乗り越えてきた112歳の女性の貴重な証言を繙きながら、あまり知られていなかった神奈川県沿岸部の関東大震災の被害状況などを振り返り、首都圏でも30年以内に70％の確率で発生するといわれる首都直下地震への備えなどを耐震基準の観点から専門家が提言していく。
