my name is Maurice Bedard, but most people call me Moe. I'm a certified mold inspection and remediation professional with nearly a decade of experience. I’m the founder of Mold Safe Inspections and general manager of Mold Safe Solutions. A full-service Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) company specializing in property water damage, mold inspections, consultations, and mold remediation.  

I have worked on hundreds of tough mold projects over the last seven years. Many of my clients are residential homeowners, property managers, health care professionals, inspectors, and even the U.S. military. I also specialize in working with people who have been diagnosed and doctors who deal with mold toxicity, CIRS, Lyme, SIBO, PANS/PANDAS, ALS, AD, MCAS, and more. 

I’m currently certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants and the Mold Inspection Consulting and Remediation Organization (MICRO). I am also a certified Commercial Property Inspector and hold numerous industry-related certificates through the World Health Organization.
