Building onto a dynamic global career as a Program Director and Manager with the United Nations and International agencies, Jennifer founded Potentials Realized in 2004, an award-winning performance improvement company, with special emphasis on coaching and mentoring skills, virtual facilitation and online learning. Jennifer is the author of five books and co-host of the Remote Pathways podcast, reflecting her almost three decades of experience in working in, and leading teams and organizations, in the global and remote space. Her company provides specialized support and consulting for programming in Group and Team Coaching, Leadership, Mentoring, and all things virtual and remote.
