Going through breakups are not easy. So it's okay to give yourself some time to grief, it's okay to feel shit, it's okay to not having your life on it's usual routine for a little while. But we need to self reflect, we need to be willing to put in the hard work to come out of the other end with brightness, positiveness and growth.
