    GUEST BIO

Sarah Salvatoriello, founder of Ampersand & Ampersand, is a Brand Strategist who helps medium-sized businesses navigate change through rebranding and communication endeavors.

Sarah has many titles — Creative Director, Strategist, Armchair Psychologist, Mom, ISFJ — but no matter what she’s working on, her holistic approach is always rooted in finding the counterbalance.

With a knack for aligning a brand’s voice to their visuals and a “yes, and…” mentality, she helps founders find their focus and move toward their goals with services such as Studio Saturdays, a full-day branding intensive, and creative strategy audits. Her Critique Sessions let creators choose their spice level to get feedback on their work with constructive and actionable next steps.

Before launching Ampersand & Ampersand, Sarah spent the first 18 years of her career building in-house creative teams at global media companies like Condé Nast, United Masters, Tripadvisor, and The Knot.
