    被災地の一つである輪島市を歩きながらお話しを伺いました。
    能登半島は去年、1月1日の最大震度7の地震で、建物の倒壊、津波、火災が発生し、甚大な被害となりました。
    また、9月には豪雨災害が発生し、二重被災となった地域もあります。
    青木准教授は、新たな町の復興計画や輪島の今後について光を感じています。
