    眾先知傳遞的信息還不止這些。他們揭示說，神將差遣他的獨生子到這個世界上來。這首先是一位救人脫離罪的救主，而後要再來作王，作審判者。他們給這位要來的救主、君王和審判者取名叫「彌賽亞」。有關這位彌賽亞的預言早在耶穌基督的誕生之前就有了。
