Perfect balance of theory and practice
I chose this title because although I have practised yoga for years, I had only recently become curious regarding Yoga Nidra. This course is really well structured. Molly leds the reader through with interesting and entertaining anecdotes and relevant research. The Chapters list the exercises with obvious names, so if you want to repeat one or look ahead it is so easy to do. My sleep has improved and I feel joyful on the inside. Through these exercises I was able to find parts deep within myself that have been stuck in a rut for decades! Molly's familiarity with the material made listening a very pleasant experience.
