Publisher's Summary
I’m a Gemini. Impulsive. Curious. Headstrong. A twin. Heir to a throne I know nothing about. And it turns out, I’m Fae. But of course, there’s a catch - all I have to do to claim my birthright is prove that I’m the most powerful supernatural in the whole of Solaria. And sure, technically that’s true, as I’m the daughter of the Savage King. But the bit they didn’t put in the brochure was that every single Fae in this Kingdom would claim my throne if they could.
The school they’ve sent me to is both dangerous as sh*t and one helluva party. Vampires bite weaker students in the corridors, the Werewolf pack has orgies in the Wailing Wood at every full moon, and don’t even get me started on the dark and twisted ways the Sirens use their powers on people’s emotions, or how my sinfully tempting Cardinal Magic teacher hosts detentions that leave people needing therapy. Classes are totally interesting if you manage to live through them. And that Gemini star sign I mentioned? It now determines my elemental magic and affects my destiny, so learning astrology is essential if I’m going to beat down my classmates - which is actively encouraged, by the way.
My biggest problem is the droolworthy Dragon shifter who has his eyes on my throne. He and his three psycho friends are determined to make my time here hell. All I’ve got to do is survive. But fate might have other ideas. Dammit, why couldn’t I have gotten a letter to Hogwarts?
This is a dark, bully romance - don’t go expecting a sweet school for magic with friends around every corner. Fae fight for everything they own and Zodiac Academy is a cutthroat school for students aged 18+ where only the strongest prevail. There’s no Dumbledore here to save anyone’s ass, and Lionel Acrux will give Voldemort a run for his money in the evil dictator category. So hold onto your stardust (broomsticks not required) and get ready for a bumpy ride.

fantastic story
I love this world that has been created and the characters in it. If you like Harry Potter and A court of thorns and roses I would totally recommend this book. Can't wait to read the others.

Super fun story line with interesting world building
Really enjoyed this book and couldn’t stop listening! The writing was a tad cheesy (the word Ass was used so frequently I found it a bit annoying) and the narrator was decent but lacked some of the genuine qualities I appreciate with other narrators. For instance, when listening to conversations between the male and female characters, the narrator was so good at making the male voices sound different but let that be the leading focus rather than making their lines sound like a real person speaking. She was great at reading the female characters I thought, so overall, I really loved it!

OMG- please NEVER stop writing this series
I've just finished the last book available on Audible and seriously, this is one of the best series I've read.
These books will have you screaming, crying, laughing, loving, hot under the collar and so many more emotions.
Do yourself a favour and read these books- yes okay there's some bullying, and yes it's hard to endure at times but I swear if you stick with it and ride the wave you will not be disappointed and you will absolutely adore this series. TRUST ME. Go on the journey and live this story!

Frustrating weakness of mc’s
I’m not going to lie- the book is addictive but the main problem I have is the lead characters were too quick to just “accept” the harassment. I would have liked to see them fight harder and fail as opposed to just opt for the “oh, I have no power”…this would help with the tension more. IMHO

Guilty pleasure
Poorly written? Sure. Entertaining? Absolutely!
Much more enjoyable the second time around, especially when reading in tandem with As Told By the Boys ✌️

Easy listening
This is the type of book you put on in the back ground while doing other things. It so simple you don’t need your full attention to follow along.

LOVED this.
I listened to the first book as told by the boys first, glad I did as this one had a lot more behind it that I knew about from their point of view. loved the girls version. Can't wait to listen to the next one!

The world building
I really didn’t mind this story. I only have a sinking suspicion that the twins are gonna fall in love with their abusive men, and I really hate when that happens. I’m sure they will be all this backstory to excuse their abuse, but honestly, it feels like a indoctrination guide for young girls and women to excuse abusive behaviour and pray to the gods, I’m wrong and they won’t fall for the abusive misunderstood guy. Time will tell
