I gave up
Totally unbelievable. Silly shrill voices for so called hard men.
Actually regret buying this book.

Boring Cliche Narrated in a Monotone
I struggled for many hours with this book before eventually abandoning it in Chapter 10 of Book 2. I frequently caught myself rolling my eyes at the cliches, and wincing at the poor grammar and lack of logic. A big part of my struggle was simply trying to endure the inconsistent yet monotonous voice of the narrator. (My advice to the narrator is to not give up his day job!)
This book was genuinely painful to listen to, offering very little to the listener other than the consumption of much time; time that could easily be better spent anywhere else doing anything else.
My recommendation is to not be lured by the apparent value being offered, ie six books for the price of one, since quality definitely trumps quantity in the case of an audiobook listening experience.

Narration lacking emotion. Engagement challenging
The general story was an interesting concept that played out quickly. Without better narration to engage with the characters, it made the story slow and somewhat confusing.
