Good little book

Interesting look into non religious eastern philosophies and how we can apply them to daily life. Good replaced with The Universe to make it more palatable to the non religious. Good reminder of key truths nevertheless. Kudos to the narrator

Full of wisdom and written with authenticity

Beautifully written and full of deep wisdom and ideas to contemplate, I couldn't stop listening! Great repetition of core messages and wonderful use of stories throughout to bring the ideas to life. I read this when I was in a down patch and it really helped me to see the beauty in all emotional states and situations. Thank you for so eloquently sharing your learnings Chris.
