Timely and life changing

Excellent content, honest and open about widespread burn out. Restarted upon completion despite the tense narration. Re-recording with a different narrator would be ideal.

Unfortunate narration

The content of this book is really helpful but the narration is hugely distracting because it’s tone is stressful, taut, directive... I recommend reading rather than listening to this book.
