Another great book by Byron Katie!
Byron Katie has developed such a simple method of cutting through the BS that we have running in our head, all the justifications and reasons why things are the way they are. Katie's work brings everything back to the reality of what is, and consequently what we can influence and what we can't.

Life-changing
Byron Katie is a saint, nothing short of that.
Her 'work' has changed my life and that of the clients i work with.
Katie has shown me how to turn situations i thought were 'bad' or even worse, and tip them on their heads, to a point where i can really love whatever comes

what a joke!
This book is full of absurd statements. The author struggles to explain her concepts, because she doesn't understand them herself. Do not allow yourself to be conned.
