Great meditations, but narrator speaks too fast

I skipped ahead to do the Akashic Records Soul Journey meditation, and while I loved the actual meditation, I felt so rushed through the whole process. There's not enough time to settle into what's happening before you're being guided along to the next thing.

I would recommend listening to the meditation first to get familiar with what you're being asked to do, and then doing it on your own without listening to the audiobook so you can go at your own pace.

The actual Akashic Records Soul Journey meditation was really, really great though - I guess that's why I wish I had more time!
