Humble actionable simplicity

John published this book in 2007 yet I have invested tens of thousands of dollars in the last few years to receive similar sanguine,deliberate, simple advice. His principles and focused approach deliver a plan to work to that most us need. I would recommend this book to anybody even 10 years after publishing.

Great motivational book!

Loved hearing this story of triumph from one of the greats. This isn’t about investing, it’s about finding your niche and working towards your goals in a way that works for you.

Love the enthusiasm in John’s voice while he’s telling his story. Would recommend this to anyone needing a boost to their enthusiasm.

Lacking information on investing

I found the book very slow and mainly outlining the qualities you need to become a good business person such as honestly, integrity etc. It did not go into detail about real estate investing. I found his stories and voice very hard to listen to.
