About this listen
World-renowned Chef Prescott Vaughan was at the height of his career. Right before he's to leave for Paris to work alongside his idol, a horrific car accident leaves him completely blind.
His female fiance leaves him in a state of desperation and depression. He pines for love and companionship and so happens to find it in the form of his very sexy neighbor. His sexy male neighbor, Dr. Rickson "Ric" Edwards.
Prescott's not gay - at least he never considered himself gay - until Ric saves him from a date gone terribly wrong. The two neighbors hit it off quickly, and things are great until Ric begins to have his doubts about meeting Prescott's many wants.
When Ric insists he and Prescott take a breather, Pres finds himself lonely and lacking again. Enter male escort and aspiring chef Blair McKenzie to fill the void.
When Ric is finally ready and returns to claim Prescott, he's not sure that Pres can let go of the sexy, Southern hotness that is Blair McKenzie.
Pres soon realizes that there's no need to choose between his two men, because when all three of them finally come together - grab a cold drink - the heat is going to go all the way up!
Contains mature themes.

Two talented chefs and a sexy surgeon!
Since world famous chef Prescott Vaughan lost his sight in a car accident, his sense of smell has enhanced his reputation as an excellent food critic. Even though he’s maintained a successful career, he hasn’t been able to keep a girlfriend. Things start to look up when Prescott meets his sexy neighbour, Dr Rickson ‘Ric’ Edwards, and for a while the two couldn’t be happier. However, when a prank goes wrong, Ric also leaves. But fate has other plans for the two men in the form of beginning chef Blair McKenzie, who encourages them to form a ménage à trois with him.
This is a classic AE Via romance with high drama, sizzling chemistry, and a big need to suspend disbelief. I was shocked at how badly a blind Prescott was treated by one girlfriend, I’d like to think no one was actually that cruel! I enjoyed the wild ride and appreciated a main character with a disability being wildly successful in his field. I also thought AE Via captured the ménage relationship and their teething issues well. The sweet icing on the top was US voice artist Sean Crisden’s always-perfect audio narration (currently free on the Audible Plus catalogue)—I especially loved his syrupy southern voice for Blair!
