Missing the PDF

The audiobook covers a lot, but it refers several times to figures in the book. Unfortunately, this audiobook doesn't come with a downloadable PDF.

Great book. Great program

This is a great book with an easy to follow 5 step program to follow to faster and pain and injury free running. Brad Beer's clear steps makes this achievable for any runner.
