I’m inspired!
Loved listening to your words of wisdom … so simple … but so nicely put together! Now for the hard bit … putting it into practice . But whilst listening over the past few days I have upped the water, focused on the veggies and dropped 2kg … or 5lb🥰

Fantastic approach to sustainable weight loss. Great tips - both physical and mental. The plugs for their producs a bit annoying and irrelevant to non-USA.

Of all the dietary advice I have looked at this book makes sense and is something I can apply to my life without too much effort and there is no deprivation
