A necessary companion in my journey of shifting
I learnt a lot from Helen and this book and am already using these lessons in my life journey. Not too long ago, I decided that I wanted to become a positive influence to the people in my life- and I was ready to shift within me to embrace this fully. And this book came onto my path just then.

Enjoyed
This book was a good listen. I also want the mention it was nice to have a good narrator. I enjoyed her voice, expression and speed of reading. I actually felt I was listening to the author. A job well done ✅

remembering the breadcrumbs
An amazing book of insight and knowledge. Helens teachings and prompting have helped me immensely on my spiritual path. I highly recommend this for anybody who feels the pull to it, you won't regret the beautiful insights and the path to remembering all of the breadcrumbs that spirit has left.

Dissatisfaction
A very repetative book tired of hearing about her writing about the book. Glad she had a good time, very expensive 10 hours of listening.
