Yoga for travelers


What I really like about these audio yoga classes by Sue Fuller are her voice and the instructions which when paired with the pdf supporting picture and narrative is good enough to ensure that you understand and therefore are able to perform the movements correctly. While being in a class with a teacher to scrutinize and guide subtle changes to ensure correct position etc is ideal I find that these audio books are better than attending a class - depends on how good is the teacher and the venue. There is enough variety to keep from getting bored and slowly unravel the kinks and improve flexibility. Love these. Great for beginners .. like me.. look forward to yoga for improvers
