Really amazing book, fantastic narration too

I'm a Yoga teacher and I loved listening to this book on my way to and from class. I have used this book as recommended reading in our upcoming Yoga Nidra training.

Excellent information

I loved this book. As a new student of yoga nidra it was all new and very in depth information. I’m very happy I purchased this book to listen to again. An excellent reference book.
The narrator was a little too clinical however I chose to focus on the content which I am very grateful for.

yoga nidra.

Narrator was terrible. im not sure but was this computer audio. I found it difficult to find depth in the contents with the distraction of the narrator. don't bother.
