About this listen
"I'm going to die a hundred years before I was born...."
The handwritten note was in a dusty trunk that sat in a cave untouched for 150 years. What did the words mean? When journalist Ray Burton finds the trunk near the Arizona ghost town of Hollow Rock, his life changes in an instant.
Something in the trunk shouldn’t be there.
This begins a dangerous journey of discovery bordering on the impossible. A discovery that will affect the past, the present, and the future.

Robot sentence formulation
Sounded like young adult comic, cliched sentences that sound like first priority is to be grammatically correct

Ordinary
The narrator read like a 6 year old, narrators can make or break an audio book, storyline was very ordinary.

An impossible event in a improbable story.
I found the story flowed fast of an interesting subject. The narrator spoke in a clipped way that at times sounded matter of fact,
I had to laugh, that in a story of the improbable the author had the main characters do something that is impossible. They caught a international flight without any documentation ,passports or visas in assumed names without any explanation . The concept of time travel seemed almost believable after that. Lol

Wouldn't read a second time
The story itself had merit, I feel it ended abruptly as if the author didn't know how to complete it.
The narrator read like he was reading a children's book which was quite off-putting

Great story, fascinating subject
Really liked this book but narration was a bit wooden although I did get used to it. I’ll be downloading the rest of the series
