I like this slow burn story. Calvin annoyed me at times though I guess it had to do with his family history.. It was an all round good read and Amelie did a wonderful job.

Loads of feels, such a good story by P Dangelico, a first listen for me by this author. Also a first listen of a single narrator, even though 2 were listed as it was only the epilogue that was spoken by Nelson Hobbs. Amelie Griffin, whose voice I love, did an awesome job bringing this story to life and has now made me think about checking out books with just 1 narrator. Thank you both 👏👏👏

Although there was an excellent storyline, there were too many internal monologues. The ending was nice, featuring a small twist. I probably won't listen again, but it was still good.
